The owner's one wish was to be able to come off the beach and continue that relaxation in their courtyard. The challenge was that the courtyard was broken up into two different spaces - the upper deck and lower patio. The transformation was accomplished by creating a midlevel patio area to connect the two spaces. A small 10'x16' plunge pool was added - that is also a hot tub! A nice gas fire table to enjoy the evenings and quality family time adds to the enjoyment and ambiance. The colors reflect the cool tones of the beach mixing in natural and man-made materials while having a contemporary flare. All the lighting, fire table, and pool mechanicals are connected to the owner's phone with an App for ease of use.
