Having a place to entertain in the outdoors was needed to accompany the existing pool that was inherited when the new owners moved in. A 20’x20’ pavilion on a raised patio was designed with a custom gas linear fireplace for those cool nights. A lavish, built-in outdoor kitchen and bar including a beer and wine tap was a request of the owner and chef. With the addition of a Sonos surround system and a 72” TV screen – no game is to be missed! The material and white brick accents were chosen to complement the existing architecture on the house. The furniture from Restoration Hardware was designed to compliment the space. Full LED color landscape lighting was incorporated to create a dramatic island effect. All the systems designed are accessible from the owner's phone via an app.
