Creating a functional space for this family to uitlize their backyard was paramount. The yard sloped towards the house creating a wet, damp area just off the kitchen and family room. Terracing the yard with native naturalstone and bluestone patios help to control runoff and gave the owners the amentities they desired - A built-in hot tub, grilling station and dual upper and lower patios to entertain.
