Waterfront Modern Colonial

This 1970's waterfront residence required a makeover to bring it up to current 'fun' requirements for the large family that resides there. 

A Chesapeake Bay Variance Plan was required and approved to execute the master plan. This project includes a shoreline restoration planting to ensure the river stays nice and clean! A rustic pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace was added to contrast with the modern feel of the new porcelain paver patio that surrounds the renovated pool and contempory classic home. 

This is a Visionscapes Land Design installed project with the design and CBPA variance approvals obtained by David Chewey Landscape Architect.
